New Appointment Booking System
Please note, we are moving to a new appointment system from Monday 19th June 2023.
Small Heath Patients:
The old system of calling required you to call in at 8:30am or 4:00pm to try to get an appointment with one of our team. From Monday 19th June, both morning and evening clinic appointments will be bookable from when the phone lines open at 8:30am.
Finch Road Patients:
The old system of calling required you to call in at 9:30am or 4:30pm to try to get an appointment with one of our team. From Monday 19th June, both morning and evening clinic appointments will be bookable from when the phone lines open at 9:30am.
For both sites, there will also be pre-bookable appointments available, for those that do not have an urgent medical issue. There will also be the option to book an appointment online for some clinics.
Please note, if your medical problem is likely to be better managed by a Pharmacist, Nurse Practitioner, Optician, or Dentist, you may be directed to these services in the first instance.
