Core Services

You can now administer aspects of your healthcare online with services such as ordering prescriptions and booking an appointment.

Welcome to The Limes Medical Centre

Our website has been designed to make it easy for you to gain instant access to the information you need. As well as specific practice details such as opening hours and how to register, you’ll find useful pages covering a wide range of health issues along with links to other relevant medical organisations.

Online Access

Please note, we are encouraging all our patients to use the NHS Online service (also available as an app) to request prescriptions and for future online services. If you use PatientAccess, you can continue to do so, but encourage use of the new service where possible.

Changes to the practice

Please note – we no longer accept appointments to be made by walking in to the practice.  ALL appointment requests must be made on the phone or via online services.

Please note – prescription requests completed fastest when done online – please click here to get set up. Due to increased call volumes, we request only those who are registered housebound place prescriptions requests over the phone.
